I have created this presentation to help dealers accurately and correctly file claims with the proper information as to reduce Corrections and Denials. This presentation will also instruct you how to provide the necessary information to help the Manufacture lower warranty cost by increasing vendor recovery. I will explain the correct claim process from write up to filling the claim. This may require a large effort of your service department to change the culture. All too often Advisors and technicians have an attitude that warranty is a pain and they leave it to the warranty administrator to collect for the repair. This meeting will help you understand that the whole service department is the solution and will show you why.
