Recipe
For Uttapam batter
- Rava 1 cup
- Dahi 1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Baking soda 1/4 TSP
- Water as required
For topping
- you can use any topping of your choice here I have used Tomatoes, Onion, Olives , jalapeno and Chilli flakes , mixed herbs.
For instant pizza sauce
- Tomato Ketch Up 1/4 Cup
- 1 tbsp Mixed herbs
- 1 tbsp Chilli flakes
- salt ( to taste )
- Paprika / Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
