In this video we review how residual land valuation works. The model looks at a piece of land (with construction rights) from a real estate developer point of view and performs a calculation to get a better view how much a real estate developer can afford to pay so that the economics of a development project still works. Such model can be used when selling a piece of land to a developer who will plan to build condominiums, villas or other real estate projects.
