The Panzanella Bread Salad is a refreshing salad with juicy tomatoes, spicy onions and tender mozzarella. This bread salad is perfect on a hot summer's day, because it can be prepared in just a few minutes and catapults everyone into the Italian holiday in terms of taste.

🥗 Ingredients:
1 baguette
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 stalk rosemary
6 tbsp olive oil
500 g date tomatoes
½ red onion
1 pack of mini mozzarella
Mixed spices, sea salt, black cumin, chilli and pepper
2 tbsp capers
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 stalks basil
🍳 Instructions:
Cut the baguette into large cubes.
Lay out on a baking tray.
Slice the garlic.
Sprinkle the bread with salt, place the garlic on top.
Sprinkle with rosemary and drizzle with olive oil.
Toast the bread pieces in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Halve the tomatoes and put them in a bowl.
Cut the red onion into very fine cubes and add to the bowl.
Mix in the mini mozzarella and capers.
Season with the spice mix and season to taste.
Mix everything with the vinegar and oil.
Add the bread and stir well.
Sprinkle the basil over the panzanella salad and serve.
Tip
Panzanella salad tastes good with crusty pieces of bread as well as those already soaked in the salad.
