Use the new Microsoft Forms web part to easily add your custom survey directly into a SharePoint site's home page, within a news article or any page within a site. This is a quick demo that shows creating the survey from forms.office.com, and then editing a page and adding a Microsoft Forms web part programmed with the survey URL.
