Dry roast & grind to a fine powder.

White Pea Beans(Matar)(Half Boiled with a little salt)- 1/2cup
Broken Dry Red Chilli - 2
Onion Seeds - 1Tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1Tsp
Asafoetida(Hing) - 1Pinch
Ginger-Green Chilli Paste - 1Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2Tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1/2Tsp
**Spice Mix - 1/2Tbsp
Salt To Taste
Leftover Sweet Syrup/Sugar To Taste
Vegetable Oil For Cooking
