This is a presentation made at the Institute of Internet and Society organized by Centre for Internet and Society (CIS) with support from Ford Foundation. T. Vishnu Vardhan is the Programme Director of CIS's Access To Knowledge Programme (CIS-A2K) which works as a catalyst programme for the development of Indian language Wikipedias. CIS-A2K works in tandem with educational resources in bringing many Open Educational Resources (OER) online and running Wikipedia Education Programs for students.
