Today I wanted to show you an insane exercise I am practicing, the one arm back lever!
It was the second time I managed to let go of my supporting hand and handle the complete weight on my other arm. People often say, 'Isn't that painful for your shoulder?'. Well, no. It's more painfull in the wrist and the side of my back. I will continue practicing this exercise and work on stretching my legs and of course holding the back lever.
