In this video I installed the Exedy Racing Stage 1 Clutch, Exedy Racing Lightweight Flywheel, New Throwout Bearing, New Pilot Bearing, and a New Rear Main Seal, and also New Transmission fluid.
This is not a professional install video but hopefully I helped you out a little bit.
