This is one of the new Death Animations that can happen in the "Final Transmission" DLC for The Callisto Protocol. Here you can see the new final boss, Dr. Caitlyn Mahler (Transformed into a Biophage) killing Jacob in a brutal way!

Final Transmission is a story based DLC, and it expands the story of The Callisto Protocol. I enjoyed it a good amount and am hoping for a sequel someday! :)
