1. Restart your MacBook and try erasing the disk again:
·Save any open files and close all applications.
·Click on the Apple menu and select "Restart".
·Once your MacBook has restarted, try erasing the disk again.
2. Boot your MacBook in Recovery mode:
·Save any open files and close all applications.
·Click on the Apple menu and select "Restart".
·While your MacBook is restarting, hold down the Command + R keys until you see the Apple logo.
·Once in Recovery mode, select "Disk Utility" from the menu and click "Continue".
3. Select the disk you want to erase:
·In Disk Utility, select the disk you want to erase from the list of available disks on the left-hand side.
·Make sure you have selected the correct disk, as erasing a disk will permanently delete all data stored on it.
4. Erase the disk:
·Click on the "Erase" button at the top of the Disk Utility window.
·Choose the desired format and scheme for the disk.
·Give your disk a name, if desired.
·Click on "Erase" to start the process.
