Amid the protest at Jantar Mantar, the Star wrestlers Vinesh Phogat and Bajrang Punia on April 23 alleged that the police are denying the protesters entry to Jantar Mantar. “I went to take my medicine and wasn’t allowed to enter the site. They (police) aren't allowing water and food to be taken to the site,” alleged Wrestler Vinesh Phogat.
