-Consonant Blends are two Consonant sounds put together.
Consonants are all the letters in the Upper and Lowercase Alphabet except the Letters: A, E, I, O, and U.
This video teaches your child how to blend two Consonants together.
Blends are taught in this video. Ending Consonant Blends are when Consonant Blends come at the end of a word. Beginning Blends come at the beginning of words. Silent Blends are when one Letter is Silent.
To practice Blends, there are stories for your child to read in the Practice Reading Book 3 that correlate with the Ending Consonant Blend words addressed in the videos (Practice Reading Book 3 Pages: 12-21).
For additional practice with Consonant Blends there are printable Consonant Blend Flashcards. With these Flashcards your child can read the various Ending Consonant Blends and add Consonants Blends to Word Beginnings to make Ending Consonant Blend Words (Ending Consonant Blend Flashcards).

[ Ссылка ] | Long Vowel sounds are when Vowels make the sound of their Letter Names.
When one sees the pattern of two Vowels next to each other, the grammatical rule for that arrangement is that the first Vowel is a Long Vowel and that Vowel makes the sound of its Letter Name and the second Vowel is silent.
An example of this letter pattern with Long Vowel A is the word "Rain." The Consonants R and N make their typical sounds, the A makes the sound of its Letter Name, "A," and the I does not make any sound.
This video teaches the grammatical rule for two Vowels next to each other with a song: "Vowel Vowel Consonant. Vowel Vowel Consonant . The fist vowel says its name the second vowel says nothing."
To practice the Long Vowels, Vowel Vowel, grammatical rule there are stories for your child to read in the Practice Reading Book 2 that correlate with the same Long Vowel Word Families addressed in the video (Practice Reading Book 2).
