Supply and Demand: Building the Supply of Quality Infant-and-Toddler Child Care (Part 1)
CCDF funding can increase the supply of quality child care for infants and toddlers, which is an enormous need. Many programs do not serve infants and toddlers due to cost of care and capacity issues. But, as we focus on supply, we must also increase the capacity and quality of these infant and toddler programs. This webinar (and Part II) will explore strategies for increasing quality supply, in both center based and family child care settings, including EHS Child Care Partnerships, incentives, payment reforms, contracts and other quality models. Targeted discussion during the webinars will cover how to adapt and implement these strategies in other states.
