Dried Fish
Beef
Crab (optional)
Beef Skin (optional)
Beans (optional)
Maggie cube or Bouillon cubes
Onion
Peanut Butter
Ogiri (Ground Sesame Seed)
Coconut Oil
Hot Pepper
Serve with Fried Fish on Rice
