Transitioning to College Coach with Bill Clark
In this video, Bill shares his journey from high school coaching to building South Alabama’s football program from scratch. He recalls the challenges of creating a team with no facilities, players, or stadium and how they quickly climbed to the FBS level. He also discusses establishing his TDP (Total Defensive Program) to build his coaching reputation, which ended up being used in 145 schools nationwide.
