Been dealing with a tight hip lately? Just can't seem to loosen it up?
If you answered "yes" to the above then give this technique a try.
Lie on your back with your knees bent up. Grab the knee on the side of the tight hip. Pull that knee up and across to the opposite shoulder. Then press you knee in the opposite direction against your hands so that you contract the hip muscles. Hold for 30 seconds.
Next, push the knee in the opposite direction and hold/stretch for 30 seconds. Repeat this procedure 3 times.
