I highly recommended contacting Rotary to put you in contact with your nearest rep. You'll get the same great pricing and shipping as online, but with more options in customizing the lift. My local rep was very helpful with questions and provided great customer service.

Symmetrical - they do better with heavier vehicles (less arm deflection/feel safer)
3-stage arms front and rear - these are the arms they use on their 12k lifts and are very sturdy. The versatility in length (both short and long) allow you to manipulate vehicle position easily within the working environment
2' height extensions - Taller vehicle cabs or stacking lift adapters can limit overall lift height. With the extensions, you get full range of the lift
Truck adapters - these stackable, threaded pads work on most vehicles (including pinch weld)
Car adapters - don't use these as much as I thought I would, but a nice alternative on some cars. Also threaded and stackable
Red - you can order the lift in red or blue
