Different foods have different calorie value
In order for you to LOSE WEIGHT, you want to make sure you’re in a calorie deficit
Meaning, the calories you should be consuming should be less than the amount you’re expending
If you’re mindlessly eating food that’s portioned, not knowing how much calories it makes up, it’s gonna be harder for you to determine if you REALLY ARE in a deficit.
So if you want to start seeing results, start tracking your meals
