Create a baby proof play area with me
• We needed a safe place for our baby to play, away from things like Lego, plug sockets and sibling snacks!
We also wanted to create an area that would be safe for cruising and crawling with the opportunity to 'pull up' onto soft furniture without the worry of hard edges. We made space behind our sofa and used these @dunelmuk storage boxes to seal one end as they are the perfect height for babies to pull up on and cruise along. They also have soft, padded material lids. The only problem being, the lids have started to get grubby from sticky fingers and water spillages...so I covered them in this wipeable material which is also removable further down the line. Ive also added in this large playmat from @aldiuk and this @ikeauk storage shelf at the back which can also have open shelving on the lowest level for little ones to help themselves independently
