This is the first part of Brighouse and Rastrick's Premiere series of concerts from lockdown. Filmed at the band head quarters in West Ridings as if live. We all hope this brings hope to our band family, joy to our supporters and a moment of comfort to those who feel separated from their family, friends and music.

B&R has always been proud of being a financially independent organisation, raising its funds through its own endeavours with the help of its many volunteers. Unlike many, if not most of the other organisations performing at the same level, therefore, the band do not receive any sponsorship but perform publicly over 40 times a year to raise the funds required to maintain the band room, purchase sheet music, equipment/instruments and pay performance licenses. Perform at major competitions (National championships at the Royal Albert Hall in London, European Championships, Whit Friday Marches, British Open Championship in Birmingham Symphony Hall, etc) and to cover other general running costs.

The COVID-19 crisis means that currently all of B&R's concerts have been either postponed or cancelled up to the beginning of September at the earliest. If you feel you are able to support this charity at this difficult time all donations would be greatly received.
