The PAC-LINE™ enclosed track conveyor system was installed in this warehouse to transport empty cartons overhead. A centralized carton building area was combined with the overhead conveyor carton delivery system which is conveniently utilizes the space directly over the picking conveyors. This enclosed track conveyor system can be routed through all levels of picking modules, allowing order pickers to concentrate on picking. This design improves efficiency by keeping floor space clear while delivering cartons directly to the packers on the floor.
