Hello to all the beautiful birthing people. Due to the state of our world, many of you will be asked to labor in a mask and/or you will see your healthcare providers in a mask. Here is a helpful video with 10 tips on how you can make this experience the best birth for you! Please remember that you specific hospital's policy might be different from what I mentioned here. The best way to stay up-to-date is to follow your OB/midwife's instructions for your labor and check your hospital's website for updates.
