I EDITED english subtitles manually, so now it should be easier to understand my sluggish engrish :) . I advice to turn the english subtitles ON . Also added text guide below.

Shorthand guide :

GOLDEN RULE - at any time when you get children male/female which is better than father/mother stop breeding, train him , retire him and then go back an switch father/mother with better version of child, and continue breeding. Some guides advice to make 2 retired chocobos breed them all 10 times and pick best offspring afterwards, thats just waste. This rulle applies for all 0-6 steps.

0. Get first female chocobo, train her to 40, retire, buy about 10 grade 1 male coverings, use ones that have at least 4 rows with 4 stars (on left or right) . (Do not buy another 2 star only male chocobo like on start, if you breed two all 2 stars , their child will also have only 2 stars, you need chocobo coverings for this)
1. get male/female chocobo with at least 3 rows , which contains 4 stars on left or right. (only possible with coverings)
2. get female/male chocobo with 4 stars (left or right) in two rows which male miss (only possible with coverings and chocobo from step 1, so if needed buy another 10 now female grade 1 coverings)
3. get first chocobo which has 4 stars (left or right) in all 5 rows
4. get second chocobo which has 4 stars (left or right) in all 5 rows (this step may or may not need an help from coverings)
5. now just follow golden rule till you have perfect chocobo
6. with perfect male and female just make male/female children which are rank higher and repeat till rank 9
You are done.

For skills, doesnt matter much while this process but you can use standard combination of increase stamina + choco cure, or increase stamina + raised exp skill when at about rank 5 . At the poing when You get Your hands on super spring You can go for its build straight ahead by buying gill only endurance manuals and spamm all into endurace early on, and hitting supper spring on 80+% of race. Or You can just ignore this till retiring rank 8 chocobos where I advice to have Super Spring as lineage skill. So rank 9 child can inherit it.
- For presented build, you want 500 endurance 500 stamina, and lowest possible speed, you can also train Cunning to 500 but there is no need. This build wins everithing in combination with super sprint + increased stamina 3. Mechanic behind is that more speed stat you have more stamina you use, if you had 500 speed an 300 all other stats yor chocobo will runn out stamina in middle of race. Higher difference between speed and endurance, the less is stamina consumption, + bigger pool from stamina stat, when you press super sprint, it raises your stamina consumption but since of extreme endurance its still low, with super sprint you have higher speed than all chocobos at 300 league, and will probably beat also 80% of players with. Increase stamina works all time you have pressed up arrow (acceleration button) , even if on max speed already, thats why its best. You can go start-finish super sprint only with increase stamina 3, with 2 you can start at about 25% of race, which is still good to beat npcs.

Just some notes
- It may seems demanding, but its actually pretty fun, and really relaxing, loved whole ride. It took me 1 month, while I was also playing story with friends and earning 1M mgp at Saucer activities for Fenrir.
- You unlock chocobo skills at npc store, by completing challenges, more chalenges completed more manuals will be at store.
- skills do not matter but at 8 rank, you want one of parents to have Super Sprint, so your children will have it from parents, and then You can switch second to Increase stamina from 2 to 3 or cure or anything, but if child has increase stamina 2 from parent there is no way to raise that other than train another rank 9 chocobo
- Actually this build can work even from lvl 10, You just push super sprint at like 90% of race then 80 .. 70 and so on, as You are pumping your endurance and stamina right from start, I did that and end up in top 3 while winning almost all races from lvl 11 till 50.
- Finishing chocobo challenges give You about 500k MGP, cost of breeding in this way is almost none about 20k, your first chocobo will earn more.
