Maryam Farahzadi is an independent filmmaker and animator who has won international awards for her short films, “The Role of Each Fret" and “Blue,” which she wrote, directed, and animated. She moved to the U.S. in 2017 and continues to garner international recognition as a testament that stories shared from the heart will resonate with people anywhere.
