On The Newshour Special Edition today, Madhavdas G talks about the ongoing clash between Assam and Mizoram border. The political blame game between the two borders continues. On one side, Mizoram Police files FIR against Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and other top police officers, on another side, AssamPolice summons Mizoram cops. Earlier, the Centre had to intervene and decided to chair a high-level meeting in New Delhi, in order to resolve the border dispute. Assam Minister Ashok Singhal told TIMES NOW's Megha Prasad & Meghna Deka over border issues with Mizoram. He says, 'Himanta Biswa Sarma on record has said that let us finalize a date on which after which the land governed by either state belongs to them now'.
