Copenhagen is a foodie town, with the 2nd highest Michelin Star Restaurants per capita next to Japan. This is in large part due to the famous Rene Redzepi the Chef at NOMA. In addition to showing you the best places to eat in Copenhagen on ANY Budget, including a bit of nightlife too - I'll show you the full experience of eating at NOMA during their vegetable season. Chef Redzepi is known for quirky, bizarre dishes - but you can definitely taste the daring brilliance behind his inquisitive concoctions. Alas, even the best Chef in the world couldn't get me to like eggplant, lol.

Hi! Welcome to the Culture Trekking Community! My name is Janiel a story collector that tries to inspire you on the inside to better explore the outside through cultural connection and sustainable adventures. I am a dog mum to Zoey (a Cockapoo) and Finnegan (a Boxer), we take lots of road trips through Utah (my home state), and they are my happy place. If you are someone who likes to leave the world a little better no matter where you step into it, I would LOVE to have you join the community!
