Log In to Your PS5 Account:

Make sure you're signed into the account with the active PS Plus subscription.
Go to Settings:

On the home screen, select the Settings icon (gear symbol) in the top right corner.
Navigate to Users and Accounts:

Scroll down and select Users and Accounts.
Access Payment and Subscriptions:

Under the menu, choose Payment and Subscriptions.
Select Subscriptions:
