Full Body Workout Inspired by Pilates. If you're looking for a slow yet challenging workout, this is it!
This workout:
- Challenges the entire body, including the core, glutes, inner and outer thighs, as well as arms and back.
- Medium level moves + few harder ones to show you how strong you are😉
- Does not involve jumps, but don't think it's any less effective in toning muscles.
- Is a floor-based workout.
- Enhances balance, strengthens and sculpts the whole body.
- Includes stretching at the beginning and end.
I'd like to remind you to perform each movement with control, and remember to maintain a steady breath.
This slower-paced workout provides a great change of pace from high-intensity and weight-based exercises. It reinforces the idea that challenging workouts can be achieved using just body weight!🔥😍
