No Peek Chicken Casserole
2 cups instant rice
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
6 chicken tenders OR 2 large chicken breast (cut in strips)
2 cups chicken broth
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Salt/Pepper to taste
Add rice and soup to a13x9 baking dish. Pour chicken broth over rice mixture and whisk to incorporate ingredients, then add chicken on top of the rice mixture. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Add one packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix over the chicken – Do Not Stir. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1-hour.
Carefully remove the foil, serve, and enjoy!
