Welcome to our yoga class! We do a set of exercises to promote spinal flexibility and then a short but intense kriya: "Build Up the Glandular System and Inner Organs." If you have suddenly gained weight or have acquired fat in the area underneath your navel, your liver may not be functioning well, and/or your metabolism is sluggish. This entire set will make your mind fresh. It takes away fear and you’ll “feel” yourself. Your mind and body will heal itself.
Do the best you can, for as long as you can, working your way up to 3 minutes for each exercise. We do 2 minutes per exercise in this video.
We conclude with Kirtan Kriya, a powerful meditation with proven benefits to improve cognition and activate parts of the brain that are central to memory.
