In this video, I'm unboxing and exploring the Rode NT1 Microphone Kit and hoping to give you a better idea of why this microphone might be the best microphone for creatives and home studios ever (in my opinion)... Note: this mic is a Cardioid Condensor XLR microphone. This means that this mic does not connect with a USB cable, but works with an audio interface/soundcard. For this microphone, a 48V Phantom Power is required. The frequency ranges from 20Hz to 20kHz.
I'm also quickly showing the difference in sound between the three different RØDE microphones I use to record my voice. I'm comparing the Røde SmartLav+, the VideoMic Pro, and the NT1.
