Small Business Women Australia CEO Amanda Rose has celebrated Elon Musk’s win in a major court battle against Australia’s eSafety Commissioner.
The X owner was challenging a takedown order of graphic footage.
Ms Rose said it is a “win” for free speech.
“We need to see what’s going on,” she told Sky News Digital Presenter Gabriella Power.
