The biggest down side to using a CNC machine is the incredible amount of sawdust that gets into everything. Besides being annoying it's not healthy. An enclosure helps but is far from perfect. For larger CNC machines there are a lot of DIY options, but for a small 3040 CNC with limited clearance the choices are few. Most folks resort to holding a hose next to the cutter. So, I designed a magnetized dust shoe for my tiny CNC. It works incredibly well and should make using the machine much more enjoyable as well as healthy. Thanks for taking a look!
