No preservatives at all.
Apple jam is rich in essential nutrients like potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, and manganese, as well as total polyphenols, which contribute to its special nutritional value. Additionally, apple jam can aid in recovery from diseases like anaemia due to its nutritional content

Apple Jam
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Apples 1 & ½ kgs
Sugar 3 Cups
Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
Water 1 & ½ Glass
Directions:
Dip apples in salted water for 15 minutes, wash and clean well. Cut apples in slices and remove the seeds part.
In a blender jar, add apple slices and 1 third glass of water and blend to make a puree, strain well. Repeat the same for remaining apples. We get a bowl of apple juice.
Take a pot on the stove, add apple juice and cook on medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add 3 cups of sugar mix well and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
Remove all scum.
Now add lemon juice, mix well and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes and remove the scum.
Check the consistency. Further cook until u get the required consistency
Keep aside let it cool.
Transfer apple jam to a sterilized jar.
Can be stored in an air tight container for up to 6-7 months.

Ajza:
Saib 1 & ½ kgs
Cheeni 3 Cups
Limo ka ras 1 & ½ tbs
Pani 1 & ½ Glass
Directions:
Apples ko namkeen Pani me 15 minutes k liay dabo dain, ashi tarah dho kar saaf kar lain. Apples ko cut ker lain or beej ka hissa nikal dain.
Blender jar mein apple slices or Pina glass Pani dal kar ashi tarah blend ker lain or shaan lain. Baqi bachay apples k Sath b aisay hi karain.
Apples juice tayar hay.
1 pot cholhay par rakhain or Sara juice dal kar 10 se 15 minutes darmiani anch par pakain.
Ab 3 cup Cheeni daal 15 minutes halki anch kar pakain or Sath Sath jhag hatatay Jain.
Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 20-25 minutes kliya paka lein or jhag hatatay jain.
Apni zarorat k mutabiq ghara honay tak pakain. Cholha band kar dain or thand honay dain.
Sterilized jar mein apple jam ko dal dein.
Air tight container mein dal ker 6-7 months tak store ker saktay han
