So, in this video I'm testing the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 for its picture and render quality while playing PUBG.

The setup here is the Galaxy Tab S7 being captured into OBS using an Elgato 4K60 Pro. The game output is being captured at 2560x1440 60FPS basically 1440P. It's then upscaled and edited at 4K 60FPS within my NLE video editing software, which is Edius 8 by Grass Valley then exported in HQX and then encoded as a 4K 60FPS MP4 video file for upload to YouTube.

While this isn't necessarily full on hardcore gameplay, it is a good example for those who are interested in seeing how the Galaxy Tab S7 performs with PUBG Mobile using the new and latest Snapdragon 865+ CPU processor with it's overclocked Adreno 650 GPU.

Playing PUBG Mobile on the Samsung Galaxt Tab S7+ should be the same as you see in this video with the same setup and settings as the Tab S7 and Tab S7+ are the same CPU and GPU and PUBG on the S7 does not require more RAM than the 6GB on the S7.

The render, resolution and frame rate settings are controlled by GFX Tool, which is set to it's absolute maximum settings. In practice I don't notice any performance difference between OpenGL or Vulkan API with or without GPU optimization .

I am also using a PS4 game controller with PUBG Mobile by using Panda Gamepad Pro keymapper which key maps the PS4 gamepad buttons, triggers and sticks to the touch hot spots via screen overlay to the Galaxy Tab S7.

Unfortunately I couldn't use Samsung DEX for playing PUBG Mobile on the Galaxy Tab S7 to an external HDMI monitor or TV as DEX won't allow the overlay screen drawing that Gamepad Pro requires when DEX is in HDMI mode. However this will work when DEX is local mode on the Galaxy Tab S7.

I will do a video soon showing PUBG Mobile running at highest settings on the Galaxy Tab S7 in DEX external HDMI monitor mode and HDMI mirrored mode and compare the two.
