A chat with Barbara Van Melle, Head of Slow Food Austria ([ Ссылка ]), about the philosophy and development of Slow Food strengthens Peter & Brian’s wishes of pursuing this philosophy as much as possible in their summer 2015 Pop-Up Taqueria & Bar - Slow Tacos (www.tclb.at/slow-tacos) at the Danube canal.
Walking through gardening center Bach (www.gaertnerei-bach.at), specializing in biodiversity for more than 30 years, seeing this huge varieties of unusual, fancy and exotic herbs fascinated Peter & Brian and the first mint orders for Slow Tacos were made!;)
Only one thing left to do for the two: Open Slow Tacos Taqueria at the Danube canal…which turned out to be a disaster… “We had to close it down and start all over again!” (Brian)
