Ingredients
Kappa/Tapioca-3/4 kg
Coconuts-1 cup
Shallots-1
Garlic-1
Green chili-3
Cumin seed-1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder
Salt
Tampering
Coconut oil
Mustard seed-1/2 tsp
Dried red chili
Curry leaves
Method of Preparation
Clean and cut kappa and cut in to small pieces . Add kappa and boil in water along with salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.Once boiled strain of the water and keep aside.
Crushed coconut along with garlic, shallots,cumin , curry leaves and green chilies and add to the boiled kappa and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame.When steam comes mix everything together and mash well. Add tadka and Serve hot
