"Yuzu-miso" made with plenty of Tokushima-grown, pesticide-free yuzu, carefully pre-processed by hand. Diced renkon (lotus root) from Tokushima has been added to finish. The ingredients are yuzu, renkon from Tokushima, 100% Japan-made gozen miso and beet sugar from Hokkaido. No preservatives or color additives used.
