Karl Peter Berg was one of the most evil Nazi war criminals who worked in concentration camps in the Netherlands. He was known for being a brutal guard and commandant of Camp Amersfoort a site where thousands of people were imprisoned during the Second World War. But Berg was an experienced member of the SS who had participated in the executions and torture of prisoners for some time. But at the end of the Second World War, he would be captured and he was then imprisoned inside of his own concentration camp.
Karl Peter Berg was accused of Crimes Against Humanity, and for this he was then sentenced to death after being found guilty. But he would be executed by firing squad, and he would himself give the order for his executioners to fire as he shouted this before the official in charge.
