The 45th Blue Dragon Film Awards took place on November 29, 2024, at KBS Hall in Yeouido, Seoul. Hosted by Han Ji-min and Lee Je-hoon, the event celebrated excellence in South Korean cinema.

The film Exhuma led the night with the most awards, winning four out of its twelve nominations.
