Venezuelan opposition drew scant crowds for mass demonstrations amid power outage in the capital city of Caracas on Tuesday.
Compared with the protests against President Nicolas Maduro called upon by the opposition leader and self-proclaimed "interim president" Juan Guaido on Saturday, fewer people staged the demonstration on Tuesday.
