Life is slowly going back to normal at a village in Fazlia, a town near Mosul that Iraqi security forces have recaptured from ISIL. But the place remains filled with landmines, and residents who evacuated are not yet allowed to return because of the dangers. Jack Barton spent time at the village and spoke with residents anxiously waiting for their loved ones to return home.
