Lex is obsessed with the paranormal and needs inspiration to finish her latest book. For her birthday, her three closest friends take her on a surprise trip to Hawaii… to an abandoned resort - the supposed haunt of the infamous Half-Faced Girl. Arriving on the island, they find an eerily empty resort, but nothing supernatural. With night falling and time running out, Lex decides that this is just another urban legend… but then, her friends start to disappear one by one.
