- My Instagram (@mrgumbatron) began with me documenting/reviewing coffee shops in Melbourne (cafe hopping since 2012).
- I am an Architect, I have designed over 25 cafes in Australia and across cities in Asia.
- I co-founded a coffee business in Hong Kong.
- I have visited three coffee farms in South America.
- I was also once a barista.
