Every teacher starts their career wanting to succeed, to make a positive impact in the classroom. But the path to get there can be stressful. Add to that a desire for a healthy work-life balance, and it can end up being too much. In this panel led by Dr. June Hetzel, we’ll hear from seasoned educators about the challenges faced in their own careers and how they have managed stress while working in a high demand field. Using Jesus as our model, we’ll discuss the spiritual importance regarding rest and the need for margin as servants in the field of education.
