Had just arrived 10 minutes prior to activation. I checked the tracks down the line twice for 737's approaching headlights but for some reason they were not visible not sure was their some heat wave illusion or the engineer didn't have the headlights on or what but since I couldn't see it approaching I missed the activation. The funny thing is I had just left from looking down the tracks under a minute before the activation. It was just wierd I couldn't see it approaching on straight track that's something I never seen before and it made me mess up on the activation as I didn't know the train was in the area. I did come back here later in the day to get a proper video of this crossing before activation after I came back from Benicia. Anyways Amtrak Capitol Corridor train 737 passes through the Sunset Avenue Railroad Crossing on the UP Martinez Subdivision main line in Fairfield, California.
