We run the 2019 Kawasaki W800 on the Cycle World dyno to record horsepower and torque measurements.
The W800 Cafe is Kawasaki's take on the modern classic market and a celebration of the historic W1. Attention grabber? Definitely. The W800 is powered tower-shaft/ bevel-driven overhead cam 773cc parallel twin engine, and also fitted with a number of retro details including bias ply tires, a sculpted round headlight, and vintage riding position. This is sure worth a double take from surrounding traffic. The Kawasaki tipped the scales at 491 pounds fully fueled and comes with an MSRP of $9,799.
Cycle World ran the Kawasaki W800 Cafe on its dyno to record horsepower and torque measurements. The modern classic produced 46.2 hp at 6,200 rpm and 44.1 pound-feet of torque at 4,530 rpm.
