It is indeed absurd that buyers who wish to get keys of their dream homes from Jaypee’s office are obliged to vandalize the same office of Jaypee.
Meanwhile, the dreams of thousands of people of having own home dashed out on as the National Company Law Tribunal admitted the plea of IDBI Bank relating declaration of bankruptcy of Jaypee Infratech.
The case is alarming and the government must learn lesson to protect buyers hard earned money.
