This is a Corona Tree Pruner that is 16FT of height. Combined with a ladder you can reach places that you might need an extension ladder to reach! I don't always carry an extension ladder to all my jobs. And you can easily do it yourself at home without calling an arborist to come over and do it. Please be careful to always read instruction and use safety measures like googles, a hard hat helmet, and gloves. And check regulations for tree pruning in your state.
